The Parking garage is managed by Citipark and located just east of Bay Street on the south side between the St. Regis Hotel and Scotia Plaza at 21 Adelaide St W.

1. Take the Parking elevator from parking levels P1, P2, P3 to the concourse level.

2. Once you exit the elevator, turn left to enter the lounge seating area.

3. Walk towards Market Eatery, and passed Tim Hortons, take the steps up to the ground level.

4. Once you enter the ground level, you can turn right to find Restaurant Lucie.
